King of Texas recently completed the Dutch Bros Roasting Facility in Melissa, TX, delivering a project that showcases our capabilities beyond traditional low-slope roofing. This project included ±5,000 SF of Petersen 24-gauge standing seam Tite-Loc Plus metal roofing, along with 180 structural posts supporting ±2,100 SF of Petersen 7.2 equipment screen wall panels. By integrating architectural metal roofing and wall panel systems alongside our low-slope solutions, our team provided a comprehensive building envelope that met both performance and aesthetic goals for this specialized industrial facility.
