The roof consists of R9 insulation covered with 060 mil TPO manufactured by Johns Manville.  The roof is drained to gutters and downspouts.  Tops of the parapet wall are finished off with a24ga Kynar finished fascia.  System qualifies for 20 yr No Dollar Limit warranty.
