Toyota's North American HQ

Summary
King of Texas Roofing Company partnered with Austin Commercial to install the roof system for the Toyota Corporate Headquarters complex. The project encompassed multiple office and auxiliary buildings totaling ±310,000 SF.
The roof system consisted of two layers of polyisocyanurate insulation, achieving an R-30 value, mechanically attached to a concrete deck. A ½-inch DensDeck® cover board was set in self-rising foam adhesive over the insulation. Carlisle Syntec 60-mil tan PVC fleeceback membrane was then fully adhered to the DensDeck®.
The parking garage was covered with solar panels designed to generate operational power for the facility. New sheet metal coping caps completed the installation, resulting in a 20-year Very Severe Hail–rated roof system.
