Meta Team’s Updated Covid-19 Response
We are actively following the developments of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak globally and in the U.S. As we navigate COVID-19, we are mindful of the social and economic impacts our response to this situation can have on employees, suppliers, customers and communities.
Aligned with our core values, we continue to make safety and wellness a priority. We are continuing to follow relevant local and federal guidelines. Meta Team is working collaboratively with our clients and partners in each market to manage this unprecedented situation. We require all partners to have a COVID-19 plan for all personnel and are taking the appropriate following steps to mitigate exposure to COVID-19.
Effective immediately are the following policies:
Travel
We have implemented a ban on travel currently indefinitely, with the exception of business-critical purposes only. Domestic travel over 100 miles only allowed with advance approval from executive management. Employees traveling to a high-risk country, as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), are required to self-quarantine for 14 days upon their return and before re-entering the workplace.
Social distancing
Mandatory social distancing of 6 feet. Outside meetings are limited to those only where social distancing can be observed.
Conferences/Training
Any conferences, training or meetings of ten or more people may only be held virtually.
We will practice the recommended standards issued by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These measures are all currently in effect and will be updated as information is available.
